Advanced Exchange Program

If your Sprint/Nextel phone, smart device, or connection card needs service or repair, we’ll be there for you.

The Advanced Exchange Program is a service contract program for your wireless device that provides coverage for mechanical or electrical failure, routine maintenance, or failure due to normal wear and tear. If your device has liquid or physical damage, then you would need to claim through your 3rd party insurance provider.

Program Details

  • We’ll replace your malfunctioning Sprint/Nextel device with the same or a comparable model.
  • Replacement equipment may be reconditioned
  • Eligible Sprint or Nextel phones or smart devices must be active on the Sprint or Nextel network at time of malfunction.
  • Standard battery and standard battery charger are only covered if part of a repair or loss to the covered equipment.
  • Standard $55 delivery fee for processing through the manufacturer
